HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A clear path. From idea to delivery.

The scope, milestones and deliverables are agreed with you—not hidden behind a one-size-fits-all package.

  1. 01

    Listen & understand

Tell us who you are building for, what needs to change and what constraints matter.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

Align on a proposal, deliverables, a timeline and a budget before the work starts.

  3. 03

    Build & review

Follow the work through agreed milestones, feedback and testing.

  4. 04

    Deliver & hand over

Review the deliverables together and agree on any documentation, training or further support.

FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

What can Inceptum help us with?

Our published services cover web development, mobile and desktop applications, brand and graphic design, and community management. We assess each brief before committing to a scope.

Do we need a complete specification?

No. A description of your goal, audience, current tools and main constraints is a useful starting point. We can clarify the brief together.

How are cost and timing agreed?

They depend on the scope and complexity of the work. The proposal should define the budget, milestones and deliverables before work begins.

What happens after delivery?

Documentation, training and any ongoing support should be specified in the proposal. There is no implied maintenance subscription or blanket guarantee on this page.
